Eagle Consulting provides a variety of services that assist organizations in meeting their goals and objectives. These services include Strategy Mapping, Performance Management, Manager as Coach, Team Building, and Leadership Coaching.

Strategy Mapping provides a visual framework for an organization’s strategy—how it intends to create value. Specifically, a good strategy map will link together financial goals, the customer value proposition, integral business processes, and learning and growth. Conceptually, a strategy map links the high-level goals of the organization—its mission, values and vision—with meaningful and actionable steps each employee can take.

Performance Management includes activities that ensure that goals are consistently met in an effective and efficient manner. Historically, managers have used performance appraisals as the primary tool for measuring performance. Performance appraisals have been the target of criticism for the past 60 years. Performance management using a coaching model eliminates focuses on the entire spectrum of management such as 360 degree feedback, development, and challenging assignments.

Manager as Coach defines effective managers as those who set clear objectives for themselves and their subordinates are “fully present” evidenced by active listening and attending. They ask powerful questions to facilitate self awareness and explore options. They implement action plans and follow-up to insure accountability.

Team Building using the DISC Personality System is a useful tool that facilitates communication and understanding among team members. The DISC profile is used extensively in human resource management and professional consulting.  It can also be used to discover personal motivators, identify stressors, and reduce conflict.

Leadership Coaching involves developing the necessary leadership skills to influence people within the context of a specific organization’s culture. Different leadership styles influence followers in variety of ways. A few of the goals of leadership coaching is to enhance the ability to foster trust, develop authentic relationships, and enhance credibility.
